主 旨:【緊急通知】--【0427線上教學通知】配合防疫措施,附件課程自4月27至29日實施線上教學,請查照。Listed Classes in Attachment Adopt DE from 4/27-29 Due to COVID Prevention

說 明:

一、依教育部暫停實體課程實施標準,旨揭課程實施同步線上教學,請開課單位及授課教師務必轉知修課學生,實施課程及期間說明如下:

  (一)實施範圍:如附件一(含第一校區、建工校區、燕巢校區課程)。

  (二)線上教學期間:4月27日(週三)起至4月29日(週五)共計3天。

二、除附件課程外,其餘課程採實體授課,不能參加實體授課之學生,以請假方式或由老師提供輔導,以彈性措施保障學生受教權益

三、有關同步線上教學相關說明如下:

  (一)請授課教師查詢同學E-mail並務必寄發通知:詳見教學網頁https://acad.nkust.edu.tw/p/404-1004-56512.php?Lang=zh-tw

  (二)請教師於教學平臺及授課大綱公告線上教學相關訊息

  (三)線上教學如何保留教學紀錄:

     1.使用Google Meet或Microsoft Teams內建的錄製會議功能。

     2.無法使用上述內建的錄影功能時,也可以使用EVERCAM螢幕錄影工具:詳見教學短片https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mpuIkokz4sM

  (四)其他教學因應措施,請參考附件二

四、授課教師於實施線上教學時請依循教育部109年3月31日通報「大專校院因應嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎疫情停課復課及授課因應防疫調整演練注意事項」(如附件),注意學生線上出席狀況、觀課與討論情形、評量方式等各面向情形,並善用輔助軟體保留授課紀錄,以利未來稽考。線上教學工具及操作說明可參考本校線上教學及視訊工具專區(https://acad.nkust.edu.tw/p/412-1004-5559.php)。

 English version:

A. According to the MOE policy, classes with instructors who have been regarded as a home-isolation or self-health management case and cannot attend physical classrooms will adopt distance education (DE). Instructors and related departments MUST notify students about these changes. The following is the specific information:

  1. Implementation of DE on: Classes in the attachment on First Campus, Jiangong Campus and Yanchao Campus.

  2. DE duration: 3 days (April 27th - 29th, 2022)

 

B. Classes that are not listed in the attachment will continue in-person lessons.

If students have taken classes with contacts of COVID patients but HAVE NOT received NOTICES from health authorities YET, students may apply for sick leave first.

Once receiving home isolation or self-health management notices from health authorities, students shall apply for epidemic pandemic leaves. Students’ conduct grades shall not be affected due to absence related to COVID-19.

Instructors may provide alternative learning options for students who missed classes.

C. The following information is to help support faculty members to conduct course on NKUST online learning platform (MOOCs):

  1. DE notifications need to be delivered to students: Instructors shall log in to MOOCs to export students’ contact emails and send course DE notifications to students of classes that will adopt DE.

  2. DE notification needs to be announced on MOOCs: Instructors shall post detailed information on DE on the “Announcements” section of the course on MOOCs to make sure students have a better understanding of the change.

Note: DE detail information should include an online learning platform that will be used for the course.

  3. How to keep a record of instructor’s online teaching:

     (1) Instructors may record your teaching videos while using Google Meet or Microsoft Teams.

     (2) Instructors who cannot use the function of recording meetings on the above tools may use the software EVERCAM to record their teaching videos. Evercam tutorial video, please refer to here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mpuIkokz4sM

D. Instructors who conduct DE must have to abide by the MOE policy (as the site stated below), pay close attention to students’ course participation, explain to students how their performance will be evaluated clearly, and keep relevant records of their online lecturing for assessment basis.
